1. What services does Tech MASP (MASP) provide?

Tech MASP provides fixed monthly fee IT Technology Support Services called Managed Applications Services Plan.

  • Fixed monthly rate is based on the number of workstations and servers you have calculated against the minimum hours your company may need a technician onsite.

  • No overtime, No extended costs beyond a small surcharge for a technician being called out on a non-scheduled day and no hidden fees.

  • All projects such as computer roll-outs, server installs and new location build outs are not included in the fixed monthly rate.

2. How do I engage Tech MASP to provide services to us?

  • Step one is a customized quote designed specifically for your organization

  • Next will be a site evaluation to not only help us strategically develop a support schedule for you it serves as a complete overview of your network for your files that can be used for insurance, expansion and licensing purposes.

  • During the first month of a client enlisting Tech MASP's services, we will work with your organization to stabilize your network and correct any issues to allow a smooth, error free environment for continued support.

3. Can Tech MASP handle projects and what is the process?

Yes, part of supporting an environment is the ability to deploy new functions for your organization, here is an overview of the process.:

  • Start-up (getting to know each other, presenting main expectations, mutual assessment)

  • Elaboration (detailing system concept, deliverables, project plan)

  • Development (build, configure, testing);

  • Deployment (transition of system, process or application into a production environment);

  • Training (if requested, evaluate and train employees for faster implementation)

  • Technical maintenance/support or further enhancement of the system (this may incur a rate change)

5. What about emergencies, are they covered?

Absolutely.  Emergencies are considered a  network down scenario.  When an emergency happens that directly affect your organizations ability to perform normal business, Tech MASP immediately responds to resolve the issue.  Some issues can take time to resolve so responding quickly allows us to reduce the amount of downtime your organization experiences.
